55,000 ICT jobs up for grabs by 2015

Posted by Budi Putra on May 22nd, 2007 filed in Asia, Asia: Singapore, Game, Technology

Today I just read a story in Digital Life of The Straits Times. It’s really a good news — at least for Singaporean geeks: “Know-IT-alls have winning”.

That is the emerging challenge companies are giving to infocomm professionals in light of the 55,000 new jobs that will be created by 2015  under the Government’s IT masterplan.

Because Singapore’s IT industry is moving up the food chain, professionals have to move along too.

So, this is a challenge and opportunity for the country’s IT professionals — as well as other region’s IT professionals — in the coming years.

From now on, just find out what skills you need to get them…
