HB Fuller’s Lab in Shanghai …

On our previous post March 22nd, an Israeli’s company has signed up a deal to open their photomask center in Taiwan. And now, other foreign company based on St. Paul, Minnesota, H.B. Fuller will establish their regional lab in Shanghai.
This lab will focus on reactive chemistry and help the company to promote their product development and localization of initiatives in key markets such as performance wood, encompassing window, flooring and Textile which includes footwear.

H.B. Fuller park. Wish the lab will look like this one!
The site for this lab has not been decided though. But HB Fuller plans to make it happen later in this year.
For Asian, the reason from its CEO, Michele Volpi is worth enough to be read:
“We are committed to accelerating growth in this important region, and the addition of a lab is a critical step, By basing technical support in Shanghai, rather than sourcing it from other regions, we can better serve customers, add value to our offerings, and foster innovation.”
I do agree … but a question remain; do they still going to open their lab in China if Chinese workers wanted a big salary?
