Two India’s top Supply Chain Management software company, Take Solutions and Four Soft plan to merge to create a larger software company.

Mr. H.R. Srinivasan said that if this merger is really occur, the name of this company will be just “Take Solutions”. This Hyderabad and Chennai combination will make them stronger in term of intellectual property and market share.

Take Solutions largest market share comes from US and Asia pacific while Four Soft, fortunately comes from Europe and Japan. So there is no crash among them in term of customers geography.

Take Solutions, which recently announced as Deloitte’s India’s 12th fastest growing technology company has been dealing with some of the big company such as Cisco, Parle and Brittania. While its couple, Four Soft is even more successful in the 10th place, two rate beyond Take Solutions. Four Soft clients including TNT, Emery and DHL.

Of course, this unification will create a truly global, comprehensive company with one of the largest product offerings in Supply Chain Management.
